Located just 2.5 km from the quaint village of Kolymbari and 22 km west of Chania, Cavo Spada consists of 150 accommodation units.  Cavo Spada features a glorious free-style lagoon-like swimming pool, a large reception/lobby area, four restaurants, a main bar, pool bar, mini club, boutique store, two tennis courts, and the most sensational element that will definitely seduce your senses – the Cavo Spada Spa.

Balos Lagoon

This lagoon is one of the most photographed spots on the island of Crete, with hypnotizing turquoise waters and a panoramic landscape.  Swim, snorkel, paddleboard, enjoy breathtaking landscapes.

Akrotiri Peninsula

Journey into one of Crete's most evocative landscapes.  On the drive, we'll explore the mythology and symbolism of Artemis through curated readings and handouts offering context for the sacred landscape we're about to enter.  We'll then follow a scenic coastal path through rugged cliffs and caves on a 2-3 hour hike.

A Day in Chania

Spend a leisure day wandering through the enchanting streets of Chania, where Venetian architecture, winding lanes, and centuries of history meet the vibrant rhythm of modern Crete. 

Join the Waitlist

A thoughtfully curated blend of wellness, movement, culture, mythology, nature, and restoration.  Through Jungian psychology, yoga, meditation, embodiment, ritual, and contemplative practice, we will explore the archetypal stories of the Greek gods and mythological figures, connecting the mythology of this ancient land with the landscapes of our own psyche.

Each element of the retreat has been thoughtfully curated to create an immersive journey of discovery, restoration, and transformation. Days unfold with tailored meditation and breathwork practices, elevated movement experiences, restorative rituals, cultural excursions, time in nature, and moments intentionally left open for stillness and integration.  

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A $500 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your place on the retreat.

Within 120 days of the retreat start date, all payments, including the initial deposit and additional balances are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your retreat investment against unforeseen circumstances, including covered trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and travel delays.  Guests are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance.  We recommend comparing plans through InsureMyTrip or another licensed travel-insurance provider.
